That is actually quite impressive considering that we had maybe 1-2 active members of the fairer sex (if that) until probably mid 2009 (as best as I can recall).

The real question is, why have the forums slowly become what must certainly count as the "chick magnet" of retrogaming websites?

I doubt the picture thread had much to do with it

Anyway...welcome to the Thunderdome, racketgirl.

Clothes yes, but we need the entertainers and the hamsters jogging in their wheels to keep the server running.

Anyway, welcome to the forums Sarah... it feels so weird typing out Sarah with an "H" My wife gets so mad when people add a "H" to her name, which is also Sara.

Since a couple people here mentioned wives/girlfriends named Sara(h), I wonder if it's safe to hypothesize that Sara(h)'s are attracted to retro gamers?

It's obviously my pectoral muscles. The long hours on the arcade sticks has made me irresistible to girls. Keith's "I am Ramboooo" shirt adds a fair bit of animal magnitude as well. Just being associated draws 'em in. Those of you that don't have one are really missing out. Don't discount the "come hither" look while getting 6 fireworks on a mario flagpole.
As Captain N would say, "Welcome to videoland" Racketgirl!
