neo cd isos for dc can anybody help me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried my own and mine works fine.
Not sure what seems to be your issue

If you put the Neo-Geo CD in a normal CD player, how many tracks does it have? Does it play any music?

sounds like you are extracting the bin file as well, as you say extract track 1....

First thing to do is go to your explorer window (where you are looking at the files) selct tools from the top then folder options. Go to the view tab and make sure "hide extensions for know file types" is unticked. This way you can see exactly what you have without windows trying to be clever and make you guess based on the icon it has used.

When you extract the 7zip (put in a new folder to make it easy) file you should get the following files

This is an example and will be slightly diferent names to yours, but the idea is the same

game name.bin
game name.cue <-- cue file, basically a text document
track1.mp3
track2.mp3 etc

The cue file just informs nero the order to burn things and what they should be burnt as. Once you find it, you can open it up in notepad and check it is ok, it will look a bit like this (hopefully without the e:\)

FILE "E:\GAME NAME.BIN" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE"E:\TRACK1.MP3" MP3
TRACK 02 AUDIO
PREGAP 00:02:00
INDEX 01 23:45:54

if it has a directory structure in it.. ie e:\downloads\blahh remove all of that so you are left with just the file name

FILE "GAME NAME.BIN" BINARY

same with the mp3 tracks.

So hopefully now you have a few mp3 files a data file and a cue sheet. Open nero and select the recorder menu and then "burn image" then locate the cue file and load it, nero will work the rest out.

If you are still ahving problems, please list all the files you have and we will try our best to get you buring it correctly.

step one:i take the 7zip and extract them to a new folder.
then it cames out:real bout fatal fury track1 image data , real bout fatal fury image data with 3kb ,and then mp3 tracks 1 ,2 etc.!!
then i open nero burning rom and choose mixed mode cd!!
i choose new and it opens.then i have a data section and a audio section.
i open data section and put the real bout fatal fury image track 1 in!!
then i opened the audio section and put the mp3 tracks in track 1 ,2 etc.!!!
when i have this i click burn!!!
then i put it in the dreamcast and then it says no neo cd disc, error!!!
but if i extract real bout track 1 image then it cames many datas out, if i take this to the data section in burning rom and burn it so, the games run in the dreamcast!!!
but without sound, i dont know why????
its very hard i dont understand it!!
thx for all but i think i never run it with sound!!!!

i think i buy a xbox and run it with roms!!!!
or help me out!!!!

can you list the exact files plus their extensions that you have extracted please?

But again it sounds like you are burning it wrong, when you open nero you do not need to select new...
Open nero and select the recorder menu (from the top) and then "burn image" then locate the cue file and load it, nero will work the rest out.

i have extract real bout fatal fury track 1 image data:
000.000 ooo-data, 0000.prg,b00.spr,b01.pat,b01.pcm,b01.spr etc.
many datas coming out!!!
if i burn it so like you says to me, it doesnt work but if i extract the track 1 real bout image it works and if i put a original neo cd game in my pc it stand exactly so 000.000 ooodata, b00.spr etc.!!!

maybe i had a not good emu i had neo4all is it good or is another emu for dreamcast better???
and where i can get so emus???

Try the sega cue maker, neo4all is the best neo geo emu for DC at the moment
