Hmm. I'd like to see if TvC is like this or if its an issue with GeckoOS before modifying my NAND with Priiloader though.

Well, with GeckoOS, its easy to unpack in HBC's Apps directory. I see a DOL?WAD file for LoaderGX, but I can't add a Meta.XML or Icon.png to make it appear in HBC.

Yeah I can see that. I never used Gecko just because it sounded clunky compared to the other programs out there. I know you seem worried but, soft-modding my Wii was the best thing I did to it.

Sadly, the problem still persists. Checking out an issue with a different problem, I found out the problem was most likely with my TV and not anything else.
Never knew about overscanning on LCDs (not to this extent anyway) -- but it does happen apparently. A review of my TV made recently shows that it loses about 4% horizontally (and the regular 1% vertically) to overscan in all modes.
