As Ziggy said, it won't be hard to see which is which from the battery holder.

I looked. Due to the way the battery holder is designed, you can't see. There's plastic surrounding all the contacts that blocks a clear line of view to the PCB. I guess I'll have to desolder my modchip and take a closer look.

Test for continuity with a multimeter or a AA and a flashlight bulb between the battery contact and the pin on the bottom to figure out which is which.

Honestly, I wouldn't even bother with the AA batteries. Get a brand name CR2032 and test the voltage. If it's slight above 3v (3.02-3.08v) then put it in the Saturn and it'll be good for YEARS. Plugged in or not.
