loving the games everyone else hates

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

revolt is TERRIBLE on n64. i was shocked to see it as a "hidden gem" on this site. but i gave it a second chance and wasn't disappointed. i love kitschy little racers like that so it was a good fit, i just can't stand those kind of games on n64, usually.

or most games on n64, for that matter.

First one that comes to mind is Sewer Shark. I actually spent a lot of time with that game. Sure the acting was cheesy and the gameplay was repetitive, but there was some charm about the FMV (Dogmeat!) and it was actually challenging in a good way. Never got terribly far though -- it ain't easy!
Yeah I actually enjoyed that too, back when it came out. I did manage to finish it a few times.

Yeah, I played it on both and the N64 version almost gave me a headache -- it doesn't run nearly as smooth and doesn't have quite controls and overall feel of the DC version.

Teleroboxer- I really liked it, at least thats how I remember it. It's a shame Nintendo didn't wait until color was ready for the system. It might not have been a flop right out of the gate.
