Looks like glossy clear coat, and lots of polishing. You could use plain old glossy paint, but the results are never as good.

The slim ps2 came in white so it wasn't like a custom that sony didn't make. If it was painted as well as these nintendos, I would be down with a weed leaf on phat ps2.

That shine makes it look so good! It also makes me want to do that... maybe I'll make it a christmas break project.

That red and black really makes me want to take an airbrush (once I figure out how to use it) and some automotive paint to my master system.
