Remembering Sega Channel - Ahead of Its Time

When I was a kid, I was forced to move away from my hometown, with all my friends i had known all my life, across country where i knew absolutely NO ONE. My parents felt badly and got me Sega Channel added to our cable. I think this is where my obsession with video games started. I used to stay up till midnight on the last day of the month, waiting to see what new games would be out on it (wasn't it 50 games a month?).

I have a LOT of memories with sega channel. I wasted so much time on theme park, shining force 2 (sega channel lost my save data before beating it), and seeing my first pixelated boobs with the nude code on Power of Rings (is that the name? it's been awhile). Ahhh, Sega Channel.

Also, I remember x-band. I had a friend who had it. I skipped it but got the Sega Saturn Netlink when the next gen consoles were king.
