Agreed. A new high-risk console is financial suicide if the billions to back it aren't there. Besides many people still view Sega negatively 15 years after the fact.

You're probably right. But it's worth noting that those people probably never played Sega's great games. I know I resented Sega until a few years ago when I finally bought a Genesis on a whim. Now I wish I'd been along for the ride from the get go.
