A few years back there was a guy on shmups.system11.org making t-shirts. I had a ikaruga and radiant silvergun shirt made. I still wear them regularly.

Great links. Thanks guys. I've looked into purchasing shirts through Snapfish and VistaPrint before but you still end up paying around $20 plus shipping. The only upside is you get to pick the print.
