I'm genuinely surprised that there isn't yet some dot-com billionaire spending his money to build a replica of the Resident Evil mansion.

I could see someone being crazy enough to build an RE or Silent Hill house. I mean if someone could build this:

Re: Resident Evil Reference in new family guy episode
I watched the episode last night. I don't think there was a Resident Evil reference. Given the entire rest of the episode, I'd say that it's a lot more likely that both RE and the Family Guy episode drew from similar sources on that particular scene.

If I'm not mistaken, aren't Family Guy and Futurama the only shows to ever be cancelled and later resurrected after successful DVD sales and ratings on reruns?
In the world of tv, cancellation usually equals death, but not for those two shows apparently

Re: Resident Evil Reference in new family guy episode
Well, im an idiot. Found what i saw, its around the 30-33 min area. Jillian's boyfriend is going to the roof and it has a staircase scene with a fixed camera. Apparently my mind warped it to the exact scene from resident evil. Perhaps i need to play less games, get more sleep, and go see a shrink (or i missed the scene i saw last night haha) . Whats worse is another one of my friends confirmed it, which means we are all nuts.
Well unless someone else notices it, im sorry [Opens door, sees self out]

Good episode, but there was no reference. You're just reading into it too much.
