i thought there was, i searched the app store, couldnt find it

Yes. Scummvm works very well. Some parts of games can be fiddly but that's only because you can't see what you're pressing. For Scummvm I'd highly recommend getting a conductive stylus anyway. (or make your own, they're dead easy to make)

It does exist. It has been ported to iPhone/iPad. The only issue is you need to jailbreak the iPad to install it.
