I think there is also a thread on sega-16 about the differences in some games between the Genesis and SNES versions. The most used example is Aladdin. Although it doesn't appear on that list as an "exclusive" the two games are completely different and the Genesis Aladdin is vastly superior.

No it's not, they're of equal quality, just different. The SNES one is a classic hob and bopper, while the genesis version isn't. They're both entertaining and faithful to the movie. The Genesis one just turns more heads because its visuals were stunning for the time

I highly doubt it, but is there actually ANY difference in the "HD" model!? Also, shadowrun was on SNES as well, just much different from what I hear/have read. Beavis and Butthead I remember being much different as well, The sega version is pretty difficult from what I remember though.

The HD model doesn't have TMSS and has better sound output components.
