Yeah, you can thank the ESRB for that since in an effort to keep the announcement hush, hush, they couldn't send the trailer in to the ESRB for review.

Why is this in personal computers? If I'm not mistaken, Duke Nukem has it's origins in PC gaming

Would love to see a crossover with Duke Nukem and Ash from Evil Dead some day. Stop stealing my lines damnit!!!!
