Luckily, there aren't that many that I really want...
Popful Mail, Lunar 1 + 2, Vay....is that it?
And Sonic CD, but that seems a little more reasonable in the asking price
Don't forget Snatcher. There are some great shoot 'em ups as well. Silpheed isn't expensive. Android Assault, Lords of Thunder (especially if you don't have a Turbo CD), Keio Flying Squadron, Robo Aleste and Soul Star are all amazing. Don't forget about Final Fight CD. Some of the Genesis conversions are also pretty good, like the Ecco games.

Also no one has mentioned the 4th story on the Shining Force CD. In the 3rd story, when you face a Magician Boss you'll see a well. Look in the well during the battle and you get a Museum ticket. The 4th story is all boss battles and I haven't beaten the Museum yet.

Breetai pretty much covered all the good stuff. In addition to what he said I also got Eternal Champions. Don't forget you can easily burn the games if you want to play them without paying a fortune for Snatcher for example. What I ended up doing was burning the games on Lightscribe discs and burning the game disc picture on the other side (or artwork from the game if I couldn't find a picture of the disc). I then printed out all the artwork covers from the snackbar games cover project and placed them in DVD style thin pack cases. I now have a pretty nice little Sega Cd collection.

I still don't have a RAM cart yet though. I am hoping they eventually add that functionality into the Everdrive and I can just pick up one of those.
