This reminds me of your "Namco Screws Us Again" thread, I get it all ready you love Tales of series and hate that they aren't being released here. I love them too and also wished they would be released here but sometimes you just have to let it go and be glad for what they did give you. I just got Tales of Destiny 1 and 2 so I will be tied up with tales for a while.

But back then we didn't know just how badly we were getting fucked by Square. It wasn't until the SNES gen had passed that we started to find out about all these nifty games that didn't make it over here.

It's all because of that damn internet. In the 90's, all my video game news came to me via magazine or in the school cafeteria.

I hate to say this, but this pretty much happens to RPG fans in general. Face it, quite a few heavy hitters that you want to play will never wind up coming out over here for various reasons. Sometimes the company doesn't think it will sell well for some reason, sometimes they're just lazy, and sometimes they doubt it will fit on the bloody cart once translated to English. And sometimes they just want to piss somebody off.

It could be worse. You could be a fan of Xenogears. At least the Tales games are coming out somewhere.
