It's not Pym since he has brown hair. Its not Namor because he doesn't have pointed ears, a skinny chin, or a flat-top.
I am also stumped. I went through my "Kirby King of Comics" book and cant figure it out. Ill look through it again tomorrow.

I hate to say it, because I know it's wrong, but it kind of reminds me of Sand Man, the Spider-Man villain. It might be Hank Pym though.

And asking my friends, they figure it might be Namor, we just can't see the ears.

I finally have figured out who the third face on the bottom is: Wyatt Wingfoot
