Hi,

The prices Trusty gave you include the shipping cost. If you ship it out to him, you have to pay for that, but you can do that via USPS for under $16.

If you do get an upgraded board, once you see it, you'll be shocked at the amount of work done for that money. Its all custom, so I don't think you can do this yourself, unless you're a hardware engineer. I'll summarize:

1. Added 4 16 meg RAM chips (difficult in itself)
2. Removed stock Xbox CPU which is soldered onto the motherboard
3. Installed a standard CPU slot for the P3 to be plugged into (many, many pins)
4. Create a daughterboard for the CPU to connect to the mobo through (I think Trusty designed and fabricates these himself)
5. Solder said daughtercard to the correct CPU (many, many pins)
6 Solder a wire from the center of the upgraded CPU to a point on the lower portion of the Xbox motherboard.
7. Create a custom heatsink to compensate for the additional heat generated from the more powerful p3 cpu.

^^ If you can do the above, I'd be very, very impressed. If you could do it in the states for under $175 (parts, time, tools), I'd be shocked.

Really, the amount of work done is astounding and totally worth it. Also, Trusty is a great guy and will walk you through the process.

Good luck
