i know space can be an issue and thats why i got a kvm switch so i can share the same monitor, mouse and keyboard for two pc´s
I've been considering this setup myself but I've heard some bad things about KVMs. Do you notice that you are losing any video quality? Or keyboard/mouse performance issues? What model are you using?
hmm no i can´t say i´ve had any loss of video quality nor is there a problem with the keyboard the only thing thats been bothering me is sometimes i need to switch a few time for the mouse to work but im pretty sure thats because im using a wireless ps/2 mouse but just to be sure im gonna try a wired ps/2 mouse. The model im using is a Intellinet mini switch
I have an old office computer that plays DOS games nicely, though I've gotten quite a few games to play very well on DOSBox and I only have a P4. Playing the games on an older computer is hellof fun though.

For some reason I never really cared for DOSBox. I tried it like a year and a half ago and wasn't very impressed with the performance, at least with the games I was trying to run. VESA and EMS support wasn't to great either. If I want to run a DOS game on my main system I first try it with VMDSound. If that doesn't do the trick then I use Virtual PC w/ MS-DOS 6.22 and most games run like a charm. If you are really sadistic like me, you can even run Windows for Workgroups 3.11 under Virtual PC and browse the internet from 16-bit IE 5.01!

That looks like a pretty good slim model, I may pick it up sometime when I make room for all my consoles and PCs....
