In Russia, corn husks you.
Around these parts, corn is about like pot; everyone thinks they grow the best, and every strand has a name. I recently got a few ears of "bodacious" corn. I'm not kidding.
I love to grind ancho chiles and cumin seed, cook them in a hot frying pan for a few minutes, sprinkle the mixture over the corn, then grill it. You can always use chili powder as well, but I prefer the former.
