Different Types Of Parallel Cables

I'm actually working on getting an old Desktop PC of mine working, which has a parallel port. I'm making progress, but the thing is still ancient. It should work for what I want to use it for, though. The only things I'm missing are the update files. Does anybody know where I can get the last released firmware for the N64 Gameshark Pro and Saturn Action Replay?
