Exactly what Im looking for right there. I would use it with a SF anniversary stick, but I searched a little and I cant find anywhere to buy one. Got a link?

I need this so when I play with my friends locally I dont get stuck on some square gated Japanese style stick that Im not used to.
I bought mine on ebay.
Oh..........

Looks like no shortage on ebay. Thanks though, it will be nice to use my own stick instead of that sanwa madness.

The Hori EX Joysticks have problems with the PCB dying for no reason, and are difficult for the average user to mod. I would avoid.

The parts in both the Mat Catz SE and Tekken are terrible. Both controllers have issues with the joystick hitting diagonals. Out of the two I would get the SE, because it is much easier to mod.

The Mad Catz TE is expensive, but it is a much better stick in every way then the others. If you buy an SE, and add the cost of replacing the parts with Sanwa/Seimitsu, you could have just bought a TE. The PCB in the TE has some issues, but they are suppose to be fixed now, and I hear that Mad Catz is doing a good job of taking care of the people who are having problems.

Also consider the Hori Real Arcade Pro line of sticks (HRAP). The EX has issues, but the rest of the Hori line up is pretty solid. Even the cheaper versions with non Sanwa/Seimitsu parts work pretty well.

Shopto.net have the TE for under £70 brand new. It's out of stock at the moment but can be ordered and sent when stock arrives (mine took 10 days)

I have a pre-order on one anyway. It's been on pre-order for about a week now (since just after they sold out of them when they slashed the price). If stock comes in in the next couple of weeks and they send me one, then I'll just return the expensive one and get my money back. Or I might just keep it. I dunno.

I'm not holding my breath though. It seems highly likely that they won't ever get anymore back in, everywhere is selling out of them FAST. I was lucky to find one sub-£100 that was still in stock.

Some people over on hotukdeals had got on to them and were assured that all orders would be honoured but couldn't offer a time frame... Like I said I got mine fairly quick but ordered a while since, fantastic stick am having a little problem with the square gate though.

Typical. My TE stick that I didn't buy from shopto.net is due for delivery today. Lo and behold Shopto.net have billed me and sent me one of the cheap ones out. God-damnit.

Anyone want to buy a mint in box TE stick?
