Maverick Zero from Mega Man X 5 and Sigma just because of his badass appearance in Mega Man X 4

Fuck Dracula, Death from EVERY Castlevania game is so much cooler(See my pic).

The evil version of Link in Zelda 2. There is no greater enemy than yourself

Amanda from the recent Tomb Raider games. Love her attitude

The villain from Eternal Darkness. He's only responsible for killing ALL of your ancestors

Shadow from Sonic Adventure 2. If they had just focused on him and Sonic and removed every other crap character it would have been a better game

The computer from Portal. Also FUNNIEST villain ever

The turrets from Portal. Also hilarious

And if I'm going to pick a villain from Final Fantasy, Kefka and Sephiroth both for different reasons. Kefka is better character wise, but Sephiroth just oozes badassness.

Revan from Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. One of the baddest villains in the universe and whether Revan remains that way or becomes a great hero is up to the player

Sniper Wolf from Metal Gear Solid

Joker and Scarecorw from Batman Arkham Asylum who really upstage ever other villain in the game as they should

Kefka, that's not really a hard choice. I also like bosses that recur so much it's epic, like Dracula and Sigma. I also thought Dark Samus was FREAKING 4WESOME, but was disappointed with how easy (she?) was to beat.

My favorite is Dracula from Castlevania series. I think Dracula have awesome transformation. Dracula transform Demon. No wonder they call him Prince of Darkness lol. I have seen best dracula transform ever in Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow.
