I think I might own a few obscurities...

Nightmare of Druaga (PS2) - Fun, addictive little rogue-like, but it was torn apart in reviews. I'm pretty sure it bombed at retail. I love it though.

Turnabout, Tall Infinity & Puzzle Star Sweep (PS1) - Three different puzzle games that I really liked, but most people probably haven't played any of them.

Jersey Devil (PS1) - Cool little platformer that slipped under the radar.

That LSD PS1 game looks cool. I'm assuming it is a Japanese only release?

I think Nathan should get Trale Lewous and Keith Apicary to do some combined episode about this game.

Interesting dialog, but sword fighting sucks. It ended getting re-released with another game.

Isabelle was one of those weird adventure games that you seldom come across. The game is offered free on the developer's website.

Of course this is just one of thousands of potentially unheard-of adventure games for the PC. Another title I can think of is Vangers: One for the Road.

Think I'll give it a shot in ePSXe over the weekend.

There's another super obscure Japanese PS1 game I've always wanted to try called Block & Switch. Although, I've never been able to find a copy on eBay or even an ISO of it.

Hell yeah, love that game. I was a Wetrix fanatic on the N64, awesome game! The Dreamcast version is a little better. Of course I had to hunt down the spiritual sequel - Aqua Aqua - when I eventually got a PS2. Still, both Wetrix and AA are pretty obscure games. :)
