Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Refund? I haven't gotten one of those in years. This year I'm gonna owe a couple thousand since I made money from my RSUs.

A new one or old one? Either way that must be a hell of a refund........

Sadly whatever I get (not likely to be much) will be put towards some debt I have (so that I can do some serious summer travel hopefully)

Same here. I always try to owe a little at the end of the year, but not enough to be penalized. Otherwise, you're just making an interest-free loan to the government. But even in the past when I have gotten refunds, I have had no desire to spend them. Money doesn't burn a hole in my pocket.

I'm planning on fixing up my van so my band can tour this spring/summer. Might save the rest for a new place with my gf depending on what's left.

Refund goes directly to savings.

If I got a refund that's where it would go.

I'm picking up a new one, if I can find one for the right price. I'm using the refund as a down payment and I'm also trading in my 09 Matrix XRS.

Spent about half of it. I got 2 media streamer boxes (Asus O!plays, one for the living room and one for the bedroom), a new laptop, a TE SF4 fightstick, and a couple of games. The rest went towards bills and other boring stuff.

Reviving this topic, anyone going to buy something special this year gaming or non-gaming related with their tax refund?
