It is. Pete's OpenGL doesn't work on anything other than XP, tragically.

the pal version is rare. but the ntsc is uncommon so you should be able to find it on ebay. though it will still be expensive.

come on capcom release this on the psn already

Battle Network wasn't bad. I finished the first and the second. I think all the sequels were... not needed? And splitting it into two versions from 3 onwards? Humm... It really seems to be basically the same game all the time! Maybe I'm being unfair as I didn't even try 4, 5 and 6. I tried 3 and got such a "more of the same" vibe from the start of it I didn't want to bother.

Ivo.

All I've got is MML2. Been looking for MML1 and Misadventures of Tron Bonne for a while.

I really is confusing as to why Capcom hasn't released this stuff on PSN yet. In fact, I'm still confused as to why none of the really rare stuff is on PSN yet.

they can't be arshed to put it through pegi and esrb again?

and on that topic, why do games that have already gone through esrb rating have to be rechecked? pegi didn't exist during the 90s so that kind of makes sense, but why with every rerelease does a publisher have to ask for a renewed esrb rating.

So I made a post about this on Capcom's European forums (which I doubt many will see, what with 4 topics total in the megaman sub-section).

I started a petition about releasing Megaman Legends on PSN

http://www.petitiononline.com/mmlonpsn/petition.html

If you are interested please sign, and email any people/sites you know that might publish this, so more people sign it. Some times stuff like this works. Besides we are only asking for capcom to let us give them more money, for something they did 10 years ago.

I just checked ebay out of curiosity and noticed that Mega Man Legends 1 has really climbed in price. I had gotten mine, a black label copy, several months ago, for 10 bucks on ebay, and then it was the average selling price. Now it seems to be up in the $20-30 range.

...wonder what gives?

I don't know, but I was looking for a copy recently and was surprised that the price had gone up so much. Perhaps people saw Mega Man Legends 2 going for a lot and just reckoned this one should be pricey as well. Mega Man 64 is still pretty cheap, though.
