Does that imply that you do have something against non-terminally ill individuals enjoying recreational marijuana? Because if you do, fuck you.

I apologize for using profanity!
It is just that I have witnessed innocent people murdered due to "drug deals gone bad," and I always get worked up by recreational users who think it is a harmless drug.

These people weren't murdered by pot. They died because of the result of prohibition. If it were legal, there wouldn't be any "drug deals gone bad." It would be regulated like alcohol and tobacco. Marijuana itself is pretty damn safe. It kills an average of 0 people a year, while alcohol and tobacco combined kill over 400,000 a year, and this is not including accidents while under the influence of alcohol. These dangers and problems arise as result of prohibition.

I'd like to hear the "problems" it would cause.

The point I was trying to make is that if you're going to say that drugs are eeeeeEEEEviiiil, you might as well treat cigarettes and alcohol the same way.

That is the whole point!
I am not referring to marijuana itself, but the problems caused by people trying to obtain it. It is a fact that drugs are illegal, correct? Yet people still continue to purchase them. People obtain it from people who illegally grow it in the United States and in Mexico. Mexico is like Afghanistan at the moment, it is literally a war zone! The fact is people die process of trafficking drugs into the United States. The drug lords in Mexico buy military armaments with the drug money. They kill and kidnap innocent people to retain their dominance in the region. You also have gangs in the U.S. who have shootouts in the streets to retain dominance in the street as well.

Why is this happening? because some idiot could not cope with the stresses of life! All of this is simply supply and demand at its purest form.

Do you know what the solution is?
STOP CONSUMING DRUGS!

You also just proved my point, so say that the problem arises from prohibition?
Tobacco and Alcohol are legal, and how many problems have they caused?

I don't think its like a "war zone" at all. Kidnapping though in Mexico is mostly for political reasons for the drug cartels.
