Does your local GameStop still have Gamecube and Xbox games?lost_within wrote:Yeah only problem was I couldnt find any. Well that's because they were 'USED'.....classicgamer5 wrote:They sell them for $30 used now...Mod_Man_Extreme wrote:Nice score!

As systems age GameStop will eventually 'convert' all of their remaining NEW stock to 'USED' and capitalize on the profits brought on by a variable price instead of a strict MSRP. Usually this is brought on by our contract to sell in conjunction with manufacturers expiring leaving GameStop in full ownership of the product.
Take ICO for example: Up until about a month or two ago I could search through the computer at work and find new copies for $25. Now the game is one of the few PS2 titles in GameStop's back-stock that it now owns 100% and now sells it used for $30!
My Consoles:
Genesis - Nomad - SegaCD - GameGear - Sega Saturn - Dreamcast - NES - SNES - N64 - Gamecube - Wii - Playstation - PSone & LCD - PS2 - PS3 - Xbox - 3DS
