Superman 64. There is actually a lot of depth once you get into it. At first the kryptnonite fog just seems like a gimmick because they couldn't program a decent draw distance, but it's actually mathematically laid out for optimal gaming.

The controls are fantastic too. At first it seems like they're terrible, but they're really trying to capture the struggle of clark kent having to live a double life. When you push up and try to make superman go up, it's the burden of his love for Lois that keeps him from doing it.

I wouldn't expect simple gamers to understand what the designers were trying to do, but those of us who understand deep story telling and symbolism can really grasp the true essence of what superman 64 represents.
