Similarly, I sold my Wii after getting a PS3. Just didn't play it for about 8 months straight, had a friend who wanted one, and I coulda used the money at the time.
However, I do still have Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. Figured it was the only Wii game in my collection that might actually increase in value.

Yes, as well as the gamecube controller, and the Wiimote+Nunchuk combo. It even has 4-player support! Also, after you hack your Wii, be sure to download the Homebrew Browser. It lets you download homebrew straight to your Wii, without having to load it onto your SD card from your computer. It's a really useful application.
On SNES emulators, can you use the classic controller?
