Mega Man 10 announced
Re: Mega Man 10 announced
Hopefully this "wow, 2D can still work" trend continues. I want more 2D games of popular franchises!

Oh I'm not any better, I purchased all of it too.

But neither are worse than Toadman. Or Starman. Or Topman. Or Chargeman.

Well, if Capcom is still on the spirit of Mega Man 9, the inclusion of Sheep Man was tongue in cheek. Much like the box art.

I love what they did with MM9, but another MMX complete with SNES graphics would be beyond fantastic.
Yeah, I'd be down for a new game with SNES graphics too.

it's great the MM lives on in the 8-bit style. But I also have no current-gen system.

What about Diamond Man, or the notorious Faberge-Egg Man?

Honestly, I'm really not sure what it is about the SNES specifically, but Mega Man's jump to the X series just felt and looked spectacular. Much like with the 16-bit versions of Mario, Metroid, Zelda, and Final Fantasy, they each became the pinnacles of their respective franchises, in my eyes.
I genuinely hope 16-bit goes through it's own revival. Until then, Mega Man 10 it is.
Re: Mega Man 10 announced
Mega Man X is one of my favorite games of all time! I never have unlocked the legendary hadouken in that game though.
I seriously had so much fun with Mega Man X, but for some reason I have never played any of the other titles in the X series for whatever reason.

I hope they release this along with all of the DLC on a DVD at some point, so I can consider buying it.
