Did you mean chronological order in your first blob of text?

As for SFIII, I only have 3rd Strike so I can't really say which is best.
Sorry!
MSN has made me ignore proper punctuation when on the internet ill be more mindful next time.

As for what I meant SFA3 is the last iteration of the alpha games as a series, as is SSF2HDR of the SF2 games and 3rd strike is of SF3. There the most up to date versions of the games but thats not saying there the best. As far as street fighter on the DC goes 3rd strike and alpha are my favorites.
Cool. That's what I thought you were getting at.

And you've never done that? At least my post was relevant. It also brought clarity.

I'm kind of curious how 2nd Impact might be considered better.

Personally, I prefer Street Fighter Zero/Alpha 2 over 3. Mainly because of the sound.

The Street Fighter III's on the DC have special resolution modes (codes on gamefaqs)
Either play with VGA cable 480p or scart cable 240p (you need one of the codes or else it will be 480i)
Optimizing PS2 games 480p (progressive) and 240p gsm hdtv

Also, SF Alpha 3 was release on almost all the available consoles, which one was the best in terms of controls and graphics? I do have Alpha 3 MAX for PSP, granted it has the most characters in the series, its just the screen and the control layout kills me (Tekken and Soul Calibur are probably more suited for PSP).

I may as well get 3rd Strike for the DC, still is worth it to add Alpha 3 on DC, when I have the PSP ver?

Hell yeah, its way easier to reach the L trigger on DC than it is on PSP, i get cramped sometimes trying to do fierce punch shoryukens on PSP alpha 3

Alpha 3 on the DC was pretty much arcade perfect. The PS version was missing so many frames and suffered from graphical issues. The saturn version is to hard to come by and its expensive at that! I'd get the DC version just to use it for a home copy but don't neglect third strike you can't go without in my opinion at least

SFIII TS on the DC flows so much better than the first two (bundled) and a big bonus it has Chun Li in it!

Oh yeah, that's right - Chun Li is in TS!

That's a reason to avoid it, if you ask me.

No way, the more familiar faces the better in SFIII, so many of the characters are complete wanks.

Those butch legs are always welcome SF games, especially ones where they press the abort button on all previous characters.

The thing I loved most about SF3 was that it was something new. I was tired of Capcom cranking out the same familiar faces over and over again.

What's more, Chun Li is also Marvel-level broken. There's a reason every SF3 tourney match-up has at least one Chun Li in it.
