No, I believe Greece was attempting to make an anti-electronic gambling that due to vague word choices ended up banning video games entirely at one point.

Clearly only people that don't play videogames can come up with this kinda of crap. Next thing they'll be banning violent movies. I'm so glad Noriega didn't come up with something similar when he was in power in the 80's. :lol:
