If anyone still cares...HULK HOGAN signed w/ TNA wrestling.

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Wrestling circa 10-15 years ago was the best era in my opinion. I loved wrestling back then. If TNA pull these signings off I just might start watching it again.

Please no.

I love TNA and have since I discovered it about a year after it started back during their Wednesday night PPV days. To me it's the best wrestling in the business and it's not even close. They are so anti-WWE that it's still enjoyable to watch. I love Flair but I don't want to see the old farts back in the ring or hogging the time from people that can actually compete in a ring. It's bad enough that they've resorted to more storytelling and less action. At least Mick is interesting enough that he can still talk well.

TNA is the future of wrestling with a bunch of great entertainers. Ring of Honor is the only other federation even worth watching. I truly hope that this move, even if it does bring in viewers, isn't the kiss of death like it was to WCW.

Hulkamania was awesome brother! My sister and I used to watch wrestling all the time when we were kids. This post brought back some memories!

I have, however, kept up on this.

I haven't watched wrestling on television in years, but DGUSA is just awesome. Dragon Gate is a Japanese wrestling company that focuses on fast paced action. Dragon Gate USA is its American equivalent and is run by Gabe Sapolsky, the man who used to run Ring of Honor wrestling.

Ring of Honor is a whole other topic, and I could go on and on about that, but for now just check out the Dragon Gate USA site. If you watch some of their promotional videos, I guarantee you will be hooked.

I hope he doesn't die. Probably doing it because his X-wife is taking all his dough.

That would be alright to see some bigger names come to TNA (I mean, really, Angle and Booker T and the others in the Main Event Mafia are big names but none compare to the name power that Hogan has, even today after all of his troubles, he will still draw).

Can't wait to see how this pans out.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a second, Bill Clinton isn't a person, he's a funky saxophone soloing experience. 8)

Honestly,
TNA is stupid, plainly stupid.

While the core of the product is better than WWE(which totally sucks), it is still too stupid for me.
Lets be honest, TNA by a miracle got to sign super wrestlers like Nash, Kurt, Foley,Booker T, team 3d, and most importantly Sting.
These are the stars of Monday Night Raw, some of these stars almost made the WWE go out of business?!

Honestly, the roster of TNA is probably better than WWE's given no big names are still in the WWE except for Undertaker and Shawn Michaels.

But what does TNA do? They create stupid gimmicks like Abyss,Raisha Saeed, and Black Machismo(a black macho man!), and main event mafia(nWo wannabes). Let us compare, WCW with the same stars made WWE almost out of business. TNA hardly getting any fans in the ring. Hmmmmm.....

They got Sting which is such a big star, that WWE couldn't sign him up! But what do they do with him? He is probably used worse than Bret Hart in WCW.

A lot of people forgive TNA because they say they don't have as much money. But that is a stupid argument because storylines and in ring action is free if you have signed up wrestlers.
Let us not forget that WWE is a global brand they have to please everyone from Jews, Buddhists, Liberals, gays, families, US government , and about everyone else. No wonder this product is tasteless . But TNA is small, they don't have to worry so much, they can do what WWE can't just Like ECW did what WWF couldn't (hardcore every night, oh yeah!)

I always wanted Hogan to go to TNA. He can't wrestle of course, but he can teach them a thing or two. I think it would be a cool thing if he was like the leader of the good guys against Macho Man who would be leader of the bad guys. They can split Impact in two segments and make them rival which makes the better matches.
But my experience tells me, they won't know how to use him, and they will just waste their money.

On a side note, there is an indie wrestling federation called Chikara, check it on youtube. Its like funny wrestling . I think it will appeal to a lot of you.
