A PS2 controller with Xbox360 Thumbsticks and Triggers, plus, I like the ability of cheap PC joypads to switch functions between the Dpad and the left analog sticks with just the press of a button.

Bu, no, seriously. I think my ideal controller would have the PS3's analog sticks, the Dreamcast's general shape, the Xbox1's triggers, the Saturn's D-pad, and the Genesis' large face buttons.

i'm a pretty big fan of the snes / playstation design. i mean, its pretty much the same controller.. and i've never found one to be more comfortable.

i think i'm a minority here, but i really hate the xbox 360 controller. and i like the console, it has good games or whatever, i just can't stand the controller
