Question about Sega Saturn Emulator SSF

is there a reason you're not configuring the controls in SSF to be whatever you want? It's in the options.

Only reason being, Is i have been so used to using motioninjoy to get pads running on games.I completely forgot about the actual emulator allowing me to change settings!!haha
