i'm using boot dreams to burn everything. i chose it over disc juggler because it's easier; but do you really think it could be the program's fault? like i said it only happens on that one game. plus some games are over 700MB and they wouldn't work with the diskjuggler trial

anyways how does the program itself screw up the burning process? like i said i got "different" isos of the game from 3 sources and they were all the same problem. so either everyone is providing the same fucked up iso or its just a freak coincidence that everytime i burn that one game it randomly screws up. either way how should i fix it? lol

I had the same problem. I don't know if my reason is correct or not, but due to the burning speed, the lazer reads the burnt game faster than a licensed dreamcast game which can cause the sounds. When I used discjuggler I set the speed to 1x but while I was looking at the DJ screen while it burnt, it said "recording at 4x speed". So that is what I gathered, beyond that, no idea. So I just think that it's the lazer trying to keep up with the speed of the burnt disc. Hope that makes sense.

okay...so i tried downloading it one last time from a different website yet again, and this time i used discjuggler to burn it. i didn't know what the problem was so i just used a different toolset altogether.

the good news is it works. the bad news is the game has no music in it! what the fuck man...

i'm pretty sure that's an iso specific issue though. where do you guys get dc isos from that no one tampers with?

I get mine from Underground Gamer.

Try another ISO you downloaded with Discjuggler. I really think it's the software that's causing the problem.
