Yeah, but to make up for it, you'll have to do something like develop cancer now.
Still, cool day.

Ack, you just reminded me of a similar story. When my mom was working at the hospital in California, one of her coworkers saved up money to buy himself a car. Instead, he found an awesome deal on a Harley Davidson motorcycle. My mom was just getting back from work when the guy pulled up in the driveway to show it off. He said he was going to the airport to pick up his cousin and drive him back to his house. When my mom got to work the next day there was a note on the front counter in rememberence of the guy.Ack wrote:Yeah, but to make up for it, you'll have to do something like develop cancer now.

Apparently what happened is that the bike was poorly maintained over the years. The guy gave his helmet to his cousin and rode home without one, but when they hit this road on the way into (I think) San Luis Obispo, which runs along a group of mountains, the breaks failed on the Harley and the guy lost control, ended up over the edge. His cousin survived, but the guy got his head split open on large rock jutting out of the slope and was dead before the ambulance could make it there. If he had been wearing a helmet he probably would have lived.
