Yeah, I'd say that's about it from my collection of retail games. I know a lot of people recommend Killzone 2, but that is very YMMV. I personally found the game to be painfully generic.

Also, everything in the Japanese store works, as far as I've seen. I have 5 PS1 Classics from the Japanese store, and they work great.

I don't know why Oblivion and Fallout 3 have not been mentioned yet. Maybe they are better on PC but they work fine for me on the PS3.

This is where I got mine. Prices have gone up, but that is $50 for the price of 5 PS1 classics from Japan, which isn't that bad of a deal. Enjoy Japan's vast and inclusive catalog of Fighting Games, Shmups and RPGs (assuming you can deal with Japanese text).
