I like the first the best, but I don't see why there's so much hate for 3. It's not as good as the first 2 but it's still a good game. Combat is just as compelling (still better than most SNES beat 'em ups) as 2 even if level and enemy design isn't superb.
Dude. Why does everybody hate 3? 3 always has been and always will be my favorite. You can dash. You can be a boxing kangaroo, a ninja, and a gay man. The weapons have two kinds of special moves. Most characters have awesome special moves you can do with the six-button controller. The game has multiple endings that vary the game's length dramatically and a storyline into which Adam plays heavily. The nightclub scene is totally awesome and the music is killer. What the hell more do you want?
Did you know that the first encounter with Mr. X is only like the halfway point of the game? That's just a robot, man!

I will admit to loving the club scene and the music, but the bosses Mona & Lisa were serious bitches, flipping all over the place. And fuck the weapons, they have health meters! And that level when you have to break through the walls while getting hit with a bulldozer was bullshit.

....You're a randomly generated music sequence.
That having been said I've only played a few minutes of 3 due to not owning the cart.
Oh well good. You admit your opinion means jack.
So should we assume that you like SOR3 or did you just want to take the opportunity to put someone down?
I've always enjoyed both SOR 2 and 3, I guess I would say SOR3 was my favorite because thats the one I've played most. I own all three and I usually play 3 because I see it as the most enhanced since it is the most current in the series. My friends and I aren't too picky when it comes to beat-em-ups and Streets of Rage always brings a good time.

My favourite is 2 of course. Because like most sane people I know it's better.
*waiting for Mozgus brain explosion*
So "nobody" is "two" in your language, then? Two is enough for me. Most people in this world are idiots and are wrong. Two out of a few dozen is about the right ratio.
