I guess two of my main concerns would be "What happens if my game never arrives?" How is taken care of.

Also, say people donate stuff and suddenly the costs to run the thing end up going out of control, what happens to the donated items, are they returned? Or does the site owners keep the stuff?
Some realistic concerns....Thanks for your input

If your game never arrives all your points would be refunded. I will probably have some sort of delivery confirmation so it isn't exploited either however.

For your second concern, my costs and overhead are pretty small(pretty much none)...and maybe it isn't totally clear on the site but it isn't really donating as it is more trading-in your games for credit to either rent or buy others. I can't give full retail credit for a trade-in but you would certainly get more than you would at a gamestop since those places have to make a profit on your trade in while I just have to cover the shipping. From time to time I would obviously sell duplicates or really high dollar items to gain some working capital and cash donations would help that too. To answer your question though... your points will always be there and will always be available to use to buy or rent.

I only have games up at the moment but I plan to add used consoles, guides, and accessories along with moves and POSSIBLY music cds...
The web's first video game public library! http://videogameexperiment.com rents all games for free and sells them for less than Ebay and Amazon! Plus we take anything in on trade-in.
