Tough call on my rarest it would be one of these
-Panzer dragoon saga
-Snatcher
-Terranigma with action replay 3
Also got lot of other less rares like shining force 3, dragon force, earthbound, etc... kinda keeps going. lol

Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance on the gamecube would probably be my rarest one. (probably not "rare" but it does go for a high price.)

So does mine, but it's not that rare. Versions 1.0 and 1.1 of OoT both have red blood, only 1.2 and the Gamecube and VC versions don't have it.
