There is absolutely no region coding on the machines nor carts. If you get the UniBios installed though you can change the regions on the carts and unlock blood or bounciness

Thanks for all the help with hardware does anyone know of a sight for mods. I had seen some with lights in the controller and console etc and I want to know how much I need to save up here. I am pretty much getting my aes now and going to have to look for the mvs converter and mods later.

http://www.neotropolis.net/ is a great place to get the mods done, it cost me 200 bucks to get lights installed in one controller and to get the system modded with svideo and stereo
