For the PS1 its a given, the button layout is perfect for SNES games as well.
As far as N64 games go, I dont think you can find anything that will closely mimic that thing, you may just have to get a USB adapter and use a N64 controller: http://www.jandaman.com/adaptoid.shtml
That particular site doesnt carry them anymore so you might have to locate one on eBay or something.

Thank you! I tried out the software the other night, and it works great! The N64 games are not too bad on it either. Project 64 lets you save and load button assignments, so I can have a button assignment preference for each game.
