If you're still having a problem, I'll upload my copy of Final Fight CD in BIN/CUE format. So much easier that way.

Also, does anyone have Snatcher uncompressed and ready to burn? I wanted to try it in the console before I bought it off of someone :-P

My copy of Final Fight CD I downloaded as ISO/mp3, which I already burned to disc, so it's no greater quality than yours probably. But if you're not able to burn yours correctly, I will upload rip mine as BIN/CUE and upload it for you.

Hello.
I have problems with Mega CD games and I really dont know what to do.
I own Sega Saturn, I am not novice in burning cd, isos, cue files etc., I would like to run some of games under emulator (I dont own Mega CD or MultiMega) and I downloaded some emulators, bios files and games. I tried to run them under emulator but this is what happens:

From 0.40 (its not my video, but i was searching for some help and found this).
I tried all kinds or roms (downloaded them from four different sites), I made new cue files (the original are ok) in SegaCue Maker, I used Alcohol, Daemon and booted the games from CD, under Gens, Fusion, no result.
Can you give some suggestion, advice, I dont know what to do. I have Win XP (original).

The us bios was corrupted, wrong, I downloaded it again from different source and all us games work with no problem now. The only euro game i used before is still not working, i guess its bad copy, I got some other euro versions and they work fine.

Ok so this is one old topic but I was having the same trouble burning Final Fight as well, and since I was hit with insomia last night I decided to sit down and figure out what the hell was wrong.

When I run the Sega Cue Maker against final fight, the second line of the cue sheet is:

Code: Select all

  TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
If I burned this disk and put it in the machine I would only be able to play the music on it.

When I changed the line to read:

Code: Select all

  TRACK 01 MODE1/2048
Everything worked great. I'm not entirely sure what that code means but its something to do with the way the data track is written on the disk and how the burner verifies it after burning. Who cares, the problem is solved and I can play Final Fight CD on my Mega Drive at long last.

Wow, nice guide never spotted it last night - should have thought to manually check the guides section.

Yeah, that would be a good idea to manually check that section. Especially because there isn't even a full page of threads yet.
