I would say return it. I have seen that game at Game Stop for much lower. I think that sometimes they don't even have a system for pricing used games, just put a random number on it. I saw it for $10 and I saw the Master Quest for $5 once. Plus, I agree, the condition would bother me too - I have a couple games that have ripped labels or something else wrong with them and they are always the first thing I see when I look at my collection.

I've seen Pokemon Fire Red for $30 while it's new for $20. (Do they still sell Fire Red new anywhere? Either way, $30 for a game that was available new at $20 is ridiculous, especially when the game isn't really rare or valuable.)
