My novelty controllers.
Re: My novelty controllers.
I've always wanted the Densha de Go! controller, more controllers should have cup holders built into them.
Re: My novelty controllers.
And I thought I had a problem!! Nice collection, very nice you control freak.

Re: My novelty controllers.
I never thought I'd see such a niche collection within a niche collection. Very, very cool.
Re: My novelty controllers.
nice set of controllers man. I love collecting hardware prolly more than software but I dont have anywhere as nice a collection as that.
Re: My novelty controllers.
I guess I also should have specified in the original post that I don't look for controllers that barely function.
Re: My novelty controllers.
So do you have the Pump pad just for collection's sake, or do you actually get down with it?

I'm a rhythm game fan, so I pull it out every now and again. More when I first owned it - I'm not quite as into "dance" rhythm games as I used to be. It's good exercise on rainy days (and pretty much the bulk of winter) when I'm looking to combine my exercise with a video game, so I swap between it and DDR. I'm to the point where I need to thicken up the PIU pad though.
Re: My novelty controllers.
Yeah, it's kind of interesting how things go with the home dance pads. I started DDR in the arcade, then got the same pad you did, then got a Cobalt Flux, then sold it since I reached the point where I needed the arcade feel (no bar though). Same thing happened with Pump. I tried using my Cobalt Flux on it, but since Pump corner buttons aren't squares (they're rectangles) I found that it was basically unplayable.

Re: My novelty controllers.
Is Densha de GO! worth it? I can get a controller and game for about $40 USD but my lack of space and desire for more toys means things are tight for the next few months...
