I knew I was forgetting something.

If you want anymore suggestions that aren't RPGs or platformers, we can always throw out more titles you might like. There's some great stuff on the PlayStation.

That's a pretty solid list you got there CDink. The PS1 is hands down my favorite system, so I've started collecting as much as possible for it.

If you like platformers, you should definitely check out Jumping Flash. This was the first PS1 game I ever played and it's lots of fun. Other titles worth checking out not on your list (not necessarily RPGs or platformers)...

There was also Castlevania Chronicles for the PS1, not the greatest entry in the series but a good game if you like the feel of the original.

I'll toot my own backloggery horn as well, at least if you're into RPGs, I loved them as a kid and have many for the psx.
Also, where is the Tactics Ogre love??

Well like every other Atlus game it's going to cost a kidney..but I do want it.

now heres a question..are the Persona games really worth it? I've never played one just heard there incredible.

I would say 3 and 4 are quite good, but I didn't like the playstation iterations.
Although, I haven't played much of 3 or 4 to be a great reference on the subject.
