I see them. I actually freaked out for a while, thinking that they might be a serious issue, since I spent most of my time looking at some PC or TV screen. I even went to numerous doctors, all of whom said it was nothing (but didn't explain exactly what the spots were, so I kept freaking out). It's not that I'm hypocondriac, but I was always overzealous with my vision. In the end, I started asking people about and found out that a lot of people had it. Then I stopped caring. :)

when I was little I used to think I had some sort of superpower that gave me microscopic vision or something. I used to tell people that I could see the germs floating around in the air. Nowadays I rarely notice them unless I look for them. Always thought it was annoying that they seem to run away when you try to focus on them.
