The limits of the cartridge based 2D SNES era built a CD-ROM based 3D PS1 JRPG?
What I mean is the developers moving from the restrictions of the 2D SNES cartridges to CD/3D consoles opened a lot of possibilities that inspired creativity, a creativity that didn't happen when they moved from ps3->ps4.
All it really inspired was FMV, which filled up most of the disc space.

Just ordered some Novus plastic polish scratch remover. From what I've seen online it should be able to get rid of scuff marks on Sega CD/Saturn cases. Gonna give it a try.

I started playin Pokemon Omega Ruby and i started to notice the things they added... the unnecesary things... all of them so far have been hand holding, they not interup your game for that long (from 20 seconds to 1 minute) but they add up and they're so many. Right now i went to that cave to use rock smasha and instead of lettin you do it yourself the game starts a dialogue of "please help us" and of course you say yes and bam rocks gone... it's nipicky but i hate that kind of added stuff, it's pointless.

I ordered myself a copy of the book Pac-Man The Ultimate Key To Winning.

I've always had a nostalgic love of Pac-Man but I was never really good at it. I want to be one of those guys who plays for an hour on a quarter! I'll obviously never be the world's best (I don't feel a strong desire to be tied with Billy Mitchel) but if I can get the patterns down, I'll be pretty satisfied.

3D has nothing to do with CDs.

Most of CD space was used for higher resolution pre-rendered backgrounds, FMV, or higher quality audio. That's it.

Most of PS3 game's space is used up by BluRay video quality cut scenes.

A ton of PS3 games also had uncompressed audio that took way more space than necessary too.

Polygons are actually pretty small in terms of size. Actually everything about 3D but the textures tends to be pretty compact in terms of data.

I wrote about the new TF2 update but I don't know if I should publish it on my blog because as an article it will become obsolete, unlike most of my other content.

Thoughts?
