Are there any good youtube channels/gaming sites that are Playstation focused? Dualshockers is pretty good, but I'm looking for something more focused than that, like you can find when looking at Nintendo stuff.

So apparently there is a petition for cancelation of Metroid Prime: Federation Force:

I wonder how people would have reacted if Nintendo was working on a direct sequel to Other M instead? Would there be a petition to cancel Another M?

Lol, at first I thought you were just being silly, but then I actually hit Zael's head on a sign.
If it helps, the game is not typical jrg length, I finished it up in about 24 hours. However, if you aren't enjoying it by now (not sure how far you are), I don't think there is much later on that would hook you. I personally loved the game though.

I've gotten to chapter four, but that's only about an hour of "gameplay." I put gameplay in quotes because the cutscene-to-action ratio is close to Xenosaga levels, which is one of the reasons why I'm not digging it so far.
What you've seen is what you get more of. Personally I didn't care for the meh plot and terrible frame rates, but the battle system was amazing and kept me going.

Really? This is amazing? I fail to see how. It just feels like a clusterfucky mess. The camera sucks, the brawls just boil down: to rushing up to the enemy, beating its ass, and running to the nearest heal circle. Lastly, I find the inclusion of a Gears of War-like cover system and shooter elements. They feel like things that were added to make the game more marketable.

Later on the game becomes a lot more difficult, and you'll need to learn and utilize the finer intricacies of the battle system's nuances. I understand at first it seems like a haphazard mess, but there's a method to the madness that will be revealed the further you get into the game.

Like I said though, the plot is weak and yes there's lots of exposition. The Last Story should have been called The Love Story. What I'm saying is if you aren't a fan of the romance, well... there's not much else in the plot that's gonna catch your attention.

Overall though I did enjoy the game. It was an 8/10 for me. I can absolutely understand why people don't like this game though.

So I'm researching new DS games to get, and I see Sonic Chronicles, a Sonic RPG by BioWare (!) That sounds like the stuff of legend! Reviews looked good, so is it really?

From my first impresions:

-Ok turn based system; some characters can do combo attacks and have some equipable items.
-Some dialogue selection with the option to be a sarcastic blue hedgehog.
-You move the whole game with the stylus+toushscreen, and they put context sensitive buttons that apear on screen when you need to do some action (jump, press something, etc)
-Sound effects on combat are annoying and at the end of each battle (or when you level up i don't remember) you hear a "yay" singin in the background.

In the end i sold the game since it wasn't my up with my tastes.

Sonic Chronicles is okay. It's not amazing and it's not bad. If you're both a Sonic fan and an RPG fan, I'd recommend it. Otherwise look for something else.

What genres are you interested in for DS? You could say I know a wee bit about its library. I know an insane amount about its library.
